At Skincare Heaven, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. In the event a product(s) does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

We will accept returns on most items within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will issue either a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) credited to your original payment method or credit towards your next purchase at our store. Please email or contact us at 1-301-754-2500 so we can approve the refund.

Guidelines for Merchandise Returns

• We cannot accept returns on used products
• Items must be received at our office within 30 days of original purchase
• Return shipping and handling charges are not included
• If exchanging a product please include a list of the products wanted and depending on money difference you will either be charged the difference or a credit will be applied to your account to use to place a future order
• Please include the products with a copy of the packing slip with the reason for the return
• International Return Guidelines We cannot be responsible for actions of any customs offices nor for reimbursement of any customs fees.
• Please purchase insurance for international return shipments to assure that they successfully arrive at Skincare Heaven.
